Mitch went on a mini road trip!

Before I am going to blog about my Malaysia JB food trip, just a quick update on what Boyfriend and I did on a casual Saturday. All these time I had wanted to just "take a walk" from my home to anywhere else.. the initial plan was to hike the Southern Ridges from Mount Faber but after a rough morning I decided to take a longer walk to ease my moodiness. 

Here was our route for the 3.5 hours:

Spottiswoode Park > Everton Road > Tanjong Pagar > Shenton Way > Marina Bay Link > Esplanade > Suntec City > Bugis

We enjoyed the little cafes at Everton Road, get awed by the old terrace houses, enjoyed the coconut ice cream and the breeze at Esplanade, stole the air con at Suntec City and ended with a coke at Bugis' MacDonalds.. *oops* 

We had wanted to continue further, however we had bought tickets to watch Emily's Symphony Concert, hence we got to go home and wash up. We will definitely have our road trip again!!! 

Sorry no photos this time round, but I'm pleased to share with you how much calorie I've burnt for this walk.. hahaha
